There’s nothing like a healthy, wholesome home-cooked meal, but who has the time? If you long for a delicious meal that’s free of packaged, processed ingredients, Heart Full Catering can help. I can accommodate special diets, including Paleo, gluten, and dairy-free. Better yet, all of your meals will be prepared with mostly organic and often locally sourced ingredients so your body will be happy, too.
If you reside in the Rogue Valley, I deliver nutritious meals to your doorstep so that you can warm in the oven or microwave whenever you like. Wouldn’t it be nice to come home from a long day at work and know that there is a home-cooked meal waiting for you that’s free of work and dishes?
I offer the meal delivery service every 2 to 4 weeks.

How does it work?
A new menu will be sent to you via email and changed on this website. Please make the selections, and return your order to me following the instructions on this website below. Deliveries are between 3 and 6:30 PM. You can also call or email me directly with your order.
When you order please make sure to fill in all the questions and look out for the confirmation email. In case you don’t receive a confirmation email please contact me directly and check to make sure I got the order.
Delivery is free in the Ashland Area. There is a $10 to $20 fee for deliveries outside of Ashland. tips are appreciated.
Most of the dishes keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days, or you can freeze them. Fish and salads do not freeze well and should be eaten within 2 days after delivery.
To save resources, the food is delivered in Mason jars, Pyrex glass containers, and some plastic containers.
Please wash the dishes in the dishwasher or with hot soapy water and return them to me the next time I deliver. Pyrex lids are best washed by hand, not the dishwasher.
If you would like to order just once or discontinue ordering, let me know and I will come by and pick up the empty containers.
You can pay with cash or check when the food is delivered, or with PayPal, using this link. Please add a 3% processing fee to the total amount if you pay with Pay Pal
